Licences of the contents

When we refer to contents, what we mean is all the contents like pictures, videos, audio files, text or any other format, which are showed on our webpage or available for download, regardless if they are paid contents, free under certain licences, or available to distribute freely.

All contents on this website are protected by the Copyright © licence, which reserves all author rights for each or the contents. Exceptionally you may find contents under less restrictive licences, as well as contents without any kind of restriction, considered of public domain.

Some of our contents are protected under Copyleft licence, which allows for the possibility to redistribute the content while modifying it. Check carefully which of them are under this qualification.

For the contents we offer our visitors, we use the licence codification from “Creative Commons”. Please visit their web page at www.creativecommons.org and follow the corresponding instructions. Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any doubt regarding the permission of usage of the contents published here.

Creative Commons licences are classified in four modules, and including its combinations, there are a total of six licences currently available. The parameters of each of them are explained below:

 Share Alike (SA), allows derivative works under the same license or similar.

 Non-Commercial (NC), requires that the work is not used for commercial purposes.

 No Derivative Works (ND), does not allow to modify the work in any way.

In the menu of our web page you can find the content section. There you can see all the contents offered by our agency. We have paid contents and also free of charge, which can be downloaded freely. Regarding the paid contents, we offer the possibility to download a “preview” for you to see, so you can check if the content is of your interest.

Please understand that the freely available contents may require respecting several restrictions. Please follow the corresponding instructions to avoid misunderstandings.
